Hi I’m Erica

I was suffering with low energy to such an extent that I would miss days of my holidays recovering from travel, go to bed when I came home from work in the early evening and only get up to eat and go back to bed again. Can I join with a friend?

Yes absolutely, so long as there are still spaces. There are a total of 6 places available

Do I get any 1:1 support from you?

In the WhatsApp group you’ll get me personally answering all your questions related to the 7-day challenge. I won’t be able to answer questions about your specific health issues, but you will have the opportunity to work with me 1-2-1 afterwards at an additional cost if you feel you need more help.

Are supplements included in this programme?

No. Supplements are not included in this programme as each person is unique and supplements needs can be very different.

What happens after the programme finishes?
